Your account profile contains your personal details and other configuration settings that are specific to your account. In this article, you will learn about:
Viewing your profile details
Log in to your Freshdesk Contact Center account.
On the top right corner, click on your name and then click on Profile Settings.
Here, you can view your personal details such as email id, phone number. In addition, you can also set your account preferences:
Extension Number
Timezone
Language
Ring on speakers

Changing your personal information
In the profile settings window, click on the Freshworks Profile link.
When you click on this link, your profile page opens in a new window:Click on the Edit Profile button on the top right corner.
Here, you can change your work information and add other information.
Work Information: Change your name, company name, work, and mobile phone numbers.
Other Information: Add your social medial profile details (Facebook, Linkedin, and Twitter)
Note: To receive calls on your Freshdesk Contact Center mobile app, add your phone number here and then change your availability status to Forward to Phone.
Changing your password
In the profile settings window, click on the Freshworks Profile link.
When you click on this link, your profile page opens in a new window.Switch to the Security tab and click on the Change Password option.
Enter your current password, new password and confirm your password
Click Save.
