Why am I unable to make/receive calls and go online - a busy tone is played to the caller?

If you are unable to make or receive calls, you are probably running low on phone credits. Phone credits need to be $1 or more to make and receive calls. Please ensure that your credit card details are present and you recharge enough credits by visiting the admin->billing section. If you do not have a credit card, and prefer wire transfer or offline payment etc,. Please write to support@freshcaller with the details.
