Only after buying a phone number you would be able to make and receive phone calls and a minimum of $1 or more phone credits is needed to buy numbers 

• Login to your Freshcaller account

• Click on Admin > Numbers > Buy New Number

• You can choose to buy a local number or a toll-free number. You will be billed monthly for these numbers. 

• Select Local or Toll-free based on your choice
