Freshcaller allows call center admins to manage all team information in a single location.




Adding a new team in Freshcaller

  • Click on Admin > Teams > New Team

  • Add team name and agent names from the list of agents you have in your Freshcaller account

  • Click Create Team



Once team information is added, it can be viewed in the Team tab where admins can search for agent details based on their name or email address.
