What is the duration of Freshcaller trial? 

The Freshcaller trial journey lasts for fourteen days. 

Can you share the list of countries where Freshcaller can provide phone numbers?

Can I purchase phone numbers and make calls during my trial? During the trial period, why am I unable to purchase phone numbers from all countries? 

Yes, you can. To get you started, we have set you up with $3 of phone credits that you can use to purchase numbers and make calls. If you would like to make more calls, or buy a number that costs more than $3 during your trial, you can purchase phone credits and do so. You do not need to choose a plan to do so, and have full flexibility to test out different calls and workflows during your trial. The only restriction that you would have is that your calls would be limited to 2 mins each.

Can I forward my incoming calls to my personal mobile number? 

Freshcaller lets you forward your incoming calls to any mobile number. To receive calls on your mobile, add your mobile number to your profile and set availability status as ‘ON MOBILE’.

During the trial period, will I be able to switch between the various pricing plans? 

You can switch between the Sprout, Blossom, and Garden plans while on trial. By default, your trial account will showcase the Garden plan features.
