What is meant by multilingual capabilities?
This means that your call center interface can support more than one language.
How is it useful?
Since all Freshcaller users may not be equally comfortable with English, we have added 30+ languages to the product interface. Users can now view every part of the dashboard, including tabs and action buttons, in other languages.
Who can change the language settings on Freshcaller?
All Agents, Supervisors, Administrators, and Account Administrators can customize the language settings for their individual Freshcaller accounts.
What languages are supported on Freshcaller?
Currently, apart from English, Freshcaller supports Catalan, Chinese, Chinese (Traditional), Czech, Danish, Dutch, German, Spanish, Spanish (Mexico), Estonian, Finnish, French, Hungarian, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Latvian, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Portuguese (Brazil), Romanian, Russian, Slovak, Slovenian, Swedish, Thai, Turkish, Ukrainian, and Vietnamese.
Steps to change the language settings of your Freshcaller account:
1. Click on the dropdown next to your username.
2. Choose Profile Settings option from the displayed list.
3. From the pop-up, choose the language that you would like your dashboard to be displayed in.
4. Once you select the language of your choice, click Save to change your language settings.
