Apart from using the Curated Reports and taking help of the in-built views, you can also do much more with the reports here.

Before we get to the details, you need to know the difference between,

  • Analytics dashboard: A view of multiple reports listed together.

  • Reports: One single report with multiple widgets.

  • Widgets: These are the individual charts that make up a report.

Once you click on the report that you want to view from the Analytics dashboard, the specific report’s dashboard opens up. Each report further has multiple widgets. On the reports dashboard you can,

  1. Edit the report: You can change the name of the report and their visibility (whether you want to share the report with everyone in the account or just want it to be a private report)

  1. Delete the report: As your business evolves and your team grows, some reports may become obsolete. And you can use the delete option to remove such reports from the account and have a clean experience.

  1. Clone the report: Let’s say you’d love to use a curated report or any report for that matter with a few changes to the metrics and widgets. You can save a lot of time and effort by cloning a report and only making changes to it where ever needed.

  • You can edit the name of a cloned report.

  • You can also choose the visibility of the cloned report.

  1. Schedule the report: Some reports help you stay updated on the performance of your team and spot the bottlenecks if any. To get such insights and stay updated regularly you can schedule the reports and not worry about missing out on them.

  • While scheduling a report, you can choose the frequency of the schedule.

  • The email addresses of those who need to receive the report.

  • And the content of the email—subject and description.

  • For now all your reports are sent as a pdf file to your email.

  1. Filter the report’s metrics: This option helps you define the data that you want to see on your report. You can filter the data by the time period, any property/metric or based on the association(team, agent or queue).

  1. Export the report: When you export a report as a pdf, you’ll receive an email with the report. You can then share and reuse it after downloading the file.

  1. Save your widget(chart): You can save your individual widgets using the Save As option and add it to a specific report too.

  1. Full-screen mode: You can view your report in full screen to have a better view of your report.
