How to save a contact?
If you have received a call from a number and wish to save it as a contact, go to Customers tab.
In the customers tab, hover over the number which you wish to save as a contact and click on the edit button
In the right side panel that opens, you can change the following information of the contact
Contact name: Change the contact name, the default contact name is the phone number itself
Email Address: Enter the email address associated with the contact
The selected phone number will appear under ‘Phone Numbers’, you can also add another number that belongs to the same customer
You can enter the company name of the customer
Address: Enter the address if available
Once done click on ‘Save’.
Creating a new contact
Alternatively you can also create a new contact, to do so —
Go to Customers tabl
Click on ‘Add New Contact’ button
In the right side panel that opens you can enter the following information:
The name of the contact
The email address associated with the contact
The phone number of the contact, you can also add more than one number by clicking on the ‘+ Add Phone Number’ button
The company name of the customer
The address of the contact, if available
