NOTE: Only an Account Admin can cancel the account. 


  1. Go to Admin > Billing 

  2. Scroll down and click on the ‘Cancel Account’ option next to your domain name. 

  3. Choose your reason for canceling your account from the drop-down and do provide us with any feedback you have, this would help us cater to you better in the future.

  4. Once you click on ‘Request Cancellation’, a request would be raised to delete your account and all associated data. Someone from our team will get in touch with you to help you with your request. 

  5. Once you have raised an account cancellation request, you will not be charged for the next renewal cycle. If you wish to restore your account, you can send an email to support@freshcaller.com


NOTE: A Freshcaller team member would reach out to you to help you with your request. Upon receiving confirmation, your account and all associated data will be deleted within 14 days of this confirmation. You can contact us at support@freshcaller.com for any queries related to your account.
