NOTE: Only an Account Admin can cancel the account. 

  1. Go to Admin > Billing 

  1. Scroll down and click on the ‘Cancel Account’ option next to your domain name. 

  1. Choose your reason for cancelling your account from the drop down 

  1. Do provide us with any feedback you have, this would help us cater to you better in the future.


  1. Select the ‘Cancel Account’ option. 

NOTE: Cancelling your account is an irreversible action, you will lose all your account data, numbers and phone credits. If you require a refund of the remaining phone credits in your account, please contact us at support@freshcaller.com
