As an agent you can set your time zone as follows:
Click on your profile icon at the top right corner of the screen
Select ‘Profile Settings’ under Account from the drop down menu
In the pop up screen that opens, select your desired time zone from the drop down menu.
Click on Save to save your time zone settings
As an Admin you can set the time zone as follows:
Go to Admin > Billing
Scroll down to ‘Time Zone’.
Choose the time zone you wish to set using the drop down menu
NOTE: By default when a new Agent is added it is the Admin’s time zone that will be reflected in the agent’s account until the agent wishes to change it in their profile settings. If the Admin sets a different time zone as that of the agent, for agents it is the time zone they have chosen in their profile settings that will be reflected in their accounts and not the admin’s time zone.
