Only an admin or account admin in both Freshdesk Contact Center and Freshdesk can perform this task. Go Freshdesk and click Admin>Agents>Toggle On/Off option to change Freshdesk Contact Center access to an agent.
To view your call history page from Freshdesk, click on the phone widget inside Freshdesk, then click on 'View all'. You will be redirected to your Freshdesk Contact Center call metrics page, where you can see the entire call logs of the account.
