When you sign up for a Freshcaller account, you get 21 days of trial period. During this period, you will be subscribed to the highest Freshcaller plan (Forest) and you are free to explore all the features during the trial period. However, note that to buy any number and to make/receive calls, you have to buy phone credits.


Once your trial period expires, you can choose to subscribe to one of our available plans. Freshcaller provides the following plans:

  • Sprout
  • Blossom
  • Garden
  • Estate
  • Forest

User Requirements: Only admins and account admins have access to the Billing tab.


To buy a Freshcaller plan:

  1. Log in to your Freshcaller account.
  2. Go to Admin Settings > Billing. Here, you can see all the subscription plans available. You can use the arrows on the left and right to scroll across the plans.
  3. Select your preferred subscription plan and click on Subscribe.
  4. Select the billing cycle and enter the number of agents/users you want to have in your account.
  5. Check the billing amount for the selected billing cycle and number of agents and click Continue.
  6. Add your card details and click Add Payment Method.
