At Freshdesk Contact Center, we strive to provide the best experience to you. If you have any queries or issues with the product, you can always reach out to us at email@example.com. However, if you wish to discontinue using the product, you can cancel your account.
User Requirements: Only an Account Admin can cancel the account.
Log in to your Freshdesk Contact Center account.
Go to Admin Settings > Billing. You will see your current plan and other usage details here.
Scroll down and click Cancel Subscription.
You will see the end date of your subscription. Click Proceed.
Select the reason for cancelation and click Next.
Your feedback helps us to make Freshdesk Contact Center a better product. Hence, we request you to answer all the feedback questions. Click on Submit.
Click Confirm Cancellation.
Once you confirm, a cancellation request will be raised. Your subscription and account data will be deleted on the date mentioned on your screen.
Note: Your account will be cancelled on the last day of your current billing cycle. If you wish to restore your account, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
