Call quality feedback lets you rate the quality of every call you make or receive in Freshdesk Contact Center.
Note: Please refer to our basic network sanity test and troubleshooting guide to ensure optimum call quality and troubleshoot any problems you may encounter.
How to rate a call?
Once your call is done, you would be prompted to rate your call.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of your call, please choose the issue that you faced from the dropdown, this helps us know what went wrong and our team would proactively look into the issue.
How to disable call quality feedback?
