How do I reset my password?

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click on your name at the top right corner and click Profile Settings. 
  3. Click on Freshworks Profile.
  4. Switch to the Security tab and click Change Password.
  5. Enter your current password, new password, and then confirm your new password.
