Once you sign-up for Freshcaller, an email will be sent with an activation link. Once you activate your email and setup a password, you will be able to access Freshcaller.
Please note that you will need a business email address to sign up, if you wish to sign up with your personal email address, please contact support@freshcaller.com.
Go to the agent availability section on the top right of the Freshcaller app and expand the drop down then click on Account > Profile Settings > Password reset.
Agents can stop unwanted calls from reaching them by blocking the numbers. To block a number go to the call metrics tab, as you hover your mouse on the phone number you wish to block, a grey icon appears, clicking on it opens a pop up asking for confirmation. Once you have confirmed you wish to block, the number would be blocked. To unblock simply click on the block icon that now appears red.
Email address of a particular agent can be edited by an admin or account admin. The email address of an account admin can be edited by another account admin however if there is only one account admin, please contact support@freshcaller.com to change your email address.
To make an incoming phone call ring on both speakers and headphones —
- Click on your profile icon in the top right corner of the page,
- Under account, click on Profile Settings,
- Toggle the button that says — "Ring on speakers and headphones".
