At Freshcaller, we strive to provide the best experience to you. If you have any queries or issues with the product, you can always reach out to us at support@freshcaller.com. However, if you wish to discontinue using the product, you can cancel your account.
User Requirements: Only an Account Admin can cancel the account.
- Log in to your Freshcaller account. 
- Go to Admin Settings > Billing. You will see your current plan and other usage details here. 
- Scroll down and click Cancel Subscription.  
- You will see the end date of your subscription. Click Proceed.  
- Select the reason for cancelation and click Next.  
- Your feedback helps us to make Freshcaller a better product. Hence, we request you to answer all the feedback questions. Click on Submit.  
- Click Confirm Cancellation.  
- Once you confirm, a cancellation request will be raised. Your subscription and account data will be deleted on the date mentioned on your screen. 
Note: Your account will be cancelled on the last day of your current billing cycle. If you wish to restore your account, send an email to support@freshcaller.com
