Apart from handling your call center activities, if your business needs a CRM, you can integrate your existing Freshcaller account with Freshsales.


User requirements:

You need admin/account admin in both Freshcaller and Freshsales accounts to initiate this integration. Make sure that you use the same email address to log in to both accounts.


To integrate Freshcaller in Freshsales:

  1. Login to Freshsales as an admin.
  2. Go to Admin Settings > Phone Settings.
  3. To link your existing Freshcaller account with Freshsales, click Link Your Existing Account.

    Enter your Freshcaller account URL, email ID, and password, and click Connect. You will see your account linked with Freshsales. For more detailed steps, refer to How to link my existing Freshsales and Freshcaller accounts?

  4. If you do not have a Freshcaller account, click on Get New Freshcaller Account. For detailed steps, refer to How to set up a Freshcaller phone on Freshsales?

If you are not a Freshsales customer but need a CRM and a phone channel for your sales team, sign up for a Freshsales account.


Note: All features that you had in your Freshsales built-in phone are available with Freshcaller.
