Note:

Freshcaller will help you generate SIP credentials and guide you to connect your Bria account with Freshcaller. Other Bria specific installations and setup of your Bria account will not be handled by Freshcaller.


To connect your Bria SIP phone with Freshcaller, follow the steps mentioned below,



  1. Sign in to your Bria app and click on the Account Settings link or go to Preferences > Account Settings.



  1. Now in the Accounts tab, fill in

    1. Account name: Give a name with which you can easily identify your account.

    2. User ID: Go to your inbox and search for an email with the subject line that reads, SIP credentials for your Freshcaller account. Copy your login and paste it in the username field on the Bria interface.

    3. Domain: Copy the account URL from the same email and paste it here.

    4. Password: Copy, paste the password in this field.

  2. Leave all other fields at their default.

  3. Click OK.


  1. Your account status window will come up. Make sure the Status shows a green dot

  2. If it’s grey or red, it means the connection was unsuccessful. Try to enter your SIP credentials again and check if you are online on your Freshcaller account.

  3. You should be able to start making and receiving calls once you see the green dot.
