How do I switch to a higher or lower Freshcaller plan?

  1. To upgrade/downgrade your current Freshcaller plan, log in to your account as an admin.
  2. Go to Admin > Billing.
  3. Switch to the desired plan, change the billing cycle, or edit the required number of agents.
  4. Make the payment.
