Only a user who is an Admin or Account Admin in both Freshcaller and Freshdesk can perform the Admin>Agents>Toggle On/Off option in Freshdesk to grant Freshcaller access to an agent.
To view your call history page from Freshdesk — click on the phone widget inside Freshdesk, then click on 'View all'. You will be redirected to your Freshcaller call metrics page wherein you would be able to see the entire call logs of the account.
