Only an admin or account admin in both Freshcaller and Freshdesk can perform this task. Go Freshdesk and click Admin>Agents>Toggle On/Off option to change Freshcaller access to an agent.
To view your call history page from Freshdesk, click on the phone widget inside Freshdesk, then click on 'View all'. You will be redirected to your Freshcaller call metrics page, where you can see the entire call logs of the account.
